Refund and Returns Policy

Overview of our Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full reprint.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or reprint.

If you are approved, then your product will be reprinted.

Sale items

If a product goes on sale, you cannot refund your original priced item.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please return it Premiere Printing, 15928 Derwood Road, Rockville, MD 20855.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
