Welcome to Premiere Printing & Imaging (“we,” “our,” “us”). By placing an order with us, using our services, or visiting our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Orders and Approval

• All orders must be confirmed in writing or via email.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production.
• We are not liable for errors in approved proofs, including spelling, grammar, colors, or layout.

2. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment terms: Full payment required before production, Partial Payment, or Net 30 for approved accounts.
• We accept Checks, Cash, Credit Card Payments.
• Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law.

3. Turnaround Times

• Turnaround times begin after final proof approval and receipt of payment (if applicable).
• Delays caused by customer changes, missing information, or file issues may extend delivery times.
• We are not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

4. File Preparation and Content

• Print-ready files must meet our specifications.
• We are not responsible for print quality issues caused by low-resolution files or incorrect formatting.
• The customer warrants that all content provided does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or any applicable laws.

5. Color Matching

• We strive for color accuracy. However, due to differences in monitors, printers, and materials, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed.
• For precise color requirements, a physical proof or Pantone® matching may be requested at an additional cost.

6. Cancellations and Changes

• Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible, and charges for work completed will apply.
• Changes to orders must be confirmed in writing and may affect turnaround times and pricing.

7. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
• We are not liable for delays, damages, or loss caused by third-party carriers.

8. Returns and Refunds

• Because all products are custom-made, returns are generally not accepted.
• If there is a defect or error caused by us, we will reprint or refund at our discretion.
• Issues must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Intellectual Property

• All designs created by us remain our property until paid in full.
• We reserve the right to display samples of our work for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Maryland, United States.
• Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Montgomery County, Maryland.
